For todays Gallery post, we compiled a massive amount of tweets sent under the hashtag #mymentalhealthin3words that was meant to show what people with mental health issues have to go through in their daily lives, as well as to show coping mechanisms for those of us who are struggling with their mental health or their self esteem.
