ANARCHY IN THE UK!

Political renegades have traditionally been seen as young, alternative and left-leaning on the political spectrum, but new research performed by YouGov in 2019 shows a surprising shift in mistrust of institutions like the UK Government. Their survey asked 1340 adults in Great Britain this question: “Do you think that most Members of Parliament, regardless of their party, do or do not generally have their constituents’ and the country’s best interests at heart?”. Contrary to expectation, the older and more conservative members of the public showed the highest levels of anti-establishment sentiment.
