What is Vizzlo?

Vizzlo is software for creating charts and business graphics—on the web and via desktop app—with direct integration for Google Slides and PowerPoint.

Do I need to download and install Vizzlo?

No installation is required to use Vizzlo on the web. You can sign up and start creating charts directly in your browser.

If you prefer using desktop or integrated apps, Vizzlo is also available on:

Microsoft Store – desktop app for Windows, including the PowerPoint add-in
Mac App Store – desktop app for macOS

Who is Vizzlo for?

What chart types does Vizzlo offer?

Do I need to be a designer or a professional to use Vizzlo?

No. Vizzlo is built to be intuitive for anyone, regardless of design or data background.

What is Chart Vizzard (AI)?

Vizzlo’s AI assistant that generates an editable chart from a prompt (or text you paste). You can refine the result in the standard chart editor and place it directly into Google Slides or PowerPoint.

How do I create my first chart?

1. Pick a chart type.
2. Add data (paste, upload, or connect).
3. Style and annotate.
4. Export or insert into Slides/PowerPoint.

New users can sign up for free and start immediately.

Does Vizzlo have a free plan?

Yes. You can create unlimited documents and use 120+ chart types. Downloads include a watermark on the free plan.

What paid plans are available?

Professional (single user), Teams (licensed in 5‑seat blocks), and Enterprise (advanced collaboration/security, SSO, audit log, volume pricing). A free trial is available.

Can I work offline?

Yes. The desktop apps for Windows and macOS support local files and offline work. You can keep documents locally and embed/edit them in PowerPoint with the native add‑in.

Does Vizzlo integrate with Google Slides and PowerPoint?

Yes. Vizzlo integrates directly with both platforms:

Google Slides integration – create and edit charts directly within Google Slides using the official extension.

PowerPoint integration for Windows – use the native PowerPoint add-in included with the Vizzlo desktop app to edit charts in-app and access your portfolio from the ribbon.

How do I import data?

Paste from your spreadsheet, upload CSV/XLS/XLSX, or connect a Google Sheet. Vizzlo supports selecting specific worksheets, defining custom ranges, handling empty cells, and including header rows. Most chart types expect a particular column order, which is indicated in the data editor.

Can I connect cloud storage or sync data?

Yes. You can connect Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or Box to browse and link your spreadsheets or data files. Linked charts can refresh automatically on a schedule to stay up to date with your source data.

What is automated data sync?

When you embed a chart or link it to a supported cloud file, Vizzlo can automatically refresh the visualization on a set schedule. This keeps embedded charts and shared documents up to date without manual updates.

What export formats are supported?

All users can export PNG (transparent background supported). Paid users can also export vector PDF. You can also save/load .VZL chart files for desktop/PowerPoint workflows.

Can I embed charts on a website?

Yes. Use the Embed tab to copy an embed code for blogs or sites.

Does Vizzlo support teams and roles?

Yes. Teams include shared workspaces with roles/permissions, brand themes, centralized billing, and collaboration features.

Do you support SSO and audit logs?

Enterprise includes Single Sign‑On (SSO) and audit log; Teams adds role‑based access control.

Who can see my documents?

By default, only you can see the documents you create in Vizzlo. You decide when to share them with others, either privately with teammates or publicly via a shared link or embed.

Where is my data stored? Can I avoid the cloud?

If you use Vizzlo inside Google Slides or PowerPoint, your charts are also stored within those presentations.

By default, documents created in the web app are stored securely in Vizzlo Cloud. When using the desktop apps, you can work entirely offline and keep your charts as local files on your computer or company drive.

How does Vizzlo keep data secure?

Vizzlo keeps your information safe with encrypted connections and secure data storage. All data is hosted in trusted European data centers operated by Amazon Web Services. You can also choose to work offline or keep your charts stored directly inside PowerPoint or Google Slides. Enterprise plans include extra options like Single Sign-On and Lockdown Mode.

Is there an API?

How can I apply my organization’s colors and fonts automatically?

You can create a custom theme with your colors, fonts and logo and apply it to any chart.

Can I create a Gantt chart with Vizzlo?

Yes. Vizzlo offers both a standard and a simple Gantt chart to plan and track projects. You can import data from Excel/CSV or Google Sheets, drag and drop tasks, add milestones, assign owners, and show progress or dependencies. Charts can be customized with colors, time layers (days, weeks, months), and exported as PNG/PDF or inserted directly into Google Slides.

Does Vizzlo support SWOT Analysis?

Yes. Vizzlo offers a ready-to-use 2×2 SWOT matrix to capture strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. You can edit text directly or paste data, customize colors and fonts, and apply themes or icons. It’s a fast way to visualize strategic factors for a business, project, or career, and export results for presentations or Google Slides.

Can I make a waterfall chart with Vizzlo?

Yes. Vizzlo lets you create both a standard and a build-down waterfall chart to show how values add up or subtract step by step. You can import data from Excel/CSV or Google Sheets, customize positive/negative colors, add subtotals or connectors, and highlight key drivers. Common uses include financial bridges (like EBITDA), budget breakdowns, and performance analysis, with exports ready for reports or Google Slides.

Does Vizzlo have a Marimekko chart?

Yes. Vizzlo lets you build Marimekko (or Mekko/Mosaic) charts to compare categories across two dimensions, with both bar width and height showing proportions. You can switch between vertical or horizontal layouts, show up to 10 segments per category, and display values as absolute or percentages. It’s ideal for portfolio analysis, market share, or overlap comparisons, and can be exported to PNG/PDF or inserted directly into Google Slides.

Can I build a Business Model Canvas in Vizzlo?

Yes. Vizzlo provides a Business Model Canvas template based on Osterwalder’s framework, fully editable and customizable. Does Vizzlo support maps (world/US)?

Yes. Vizzlo includes interactive U.S. and World map templates where you can click to highlight states or countries, apply custom colors, and zoom into regions. They’re ideal for showing market presence, regional data, or global reach, and can be annotated, styled, and exported or inserted into Google Slides in seconds.

Can I create a timeline of project milestones in Vizzlo?

Yes. Vizzlo offers several timeline styles—standard, layered, fishbone, and roadmap—so you can visualize milestones, processes, or events over time. You can import data from Excel/CSV or Google Sheets, customize dates, colors, and milestone styles, and add scale breaks for flexibility. Timelines are great for project schedules, historical overviews, or roadmaps, and can be exported or inserted directly into Google Slides.

Does Vizzlo support funnel charts?

Yes. Vizzlo offers both vertical and bird’s-eye funnel charts to map multi-stage processes like sales pipelines, recruitment, or customer journeys, with customizable stages, values, and colors. It also provides a retention chart (sequential half-circles) to track how many users, leads, or items remain across phases. Can I generate a word cloud with Vizzlo?

Yes. Vizzlo creates customizable word clouds (or tag clouds) where word size reflects frequency or assigned weight. You can paste any text, filter out common words, or manually add keywords with custom sizes and colors. Word clouds are great for summarizing speeches, feedback, or SEO keywords, and can be styled with fonts and layouts before exporting or inserting into Google Slides.
