Spotify - Monthly Stock Gains (Losses)

Once one of the Wall Street favorites, Spotify stock has lost over 50% of Its value in the past year alone — that means $32.3 billion in market cap are gone. But what’s causing this decline?

In addition to the negative results presented by technology companies in general in the last year (the NASDAQ index has fallen by close to 10%), a succession of factors have been displeasing investors, including a decrease in MAU (monthly active users) projections and an increase in in losses per user.
